This interior renovation for a restaurant bar on three levels in Manhattan’s SoHo district was inspired by French 1950’s design and showcases original classic furniture of the period: chairs and tables by Jean Prouve, lighting by Serge Mouille and a bar top by George Nakashima. Construction materials are inexpensive, industrial and off the shelf to complement the unique character of the neighborhood and furnishings.
